PROJECT LOCATION:  Champaign, Illinois

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This existing residence was completely remodeled, interior to exterior.

The kitchen was redesigned and outfitted with new cabinets, appliances, and flooring. A new laundry room was added off of the kitchen.

In the living room, new hardwood floors were added along with a new fireplace. and ceiling fan.

The bathroom was also overhauled with new fixtures, flooring and vanity. Both bedrooms had existing hardwood floors that were refinished.

On the exterior, new siding was installed and a new garage replaced the existing carport. The existing landscaping was cleared and redesigned.
