PROJECT LOCATION:  Champaign, Illinois

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  The interior of this fraternity had been damaged due to a fire.

The repair and remodel work included the basement through the third floor. New oak trim and molding was replaced throughout. Some new hardwood floors were installed, others were refinished. Raised panel wainscoting (Archwood by John Trumer Woodwork) was added to the main stairwell. New wainscoting (floor to a 7' height) was installed on the second and third floors.
