PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  All new 2-story home on 12 acre lot.

Main floor includes Great Room with fireplace, kitchen and eat-in-area (also with fireplace), dining room, office, master bedroom suite and laundry room. (The custom kitchen cabinets are a white inset panel with bead board sides and are specially stained for an "aged" look.)

The second floor includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and lots of storage space.

The lower level walkout includes a family room, media center with brick fireplace, wetbar and full bath. This level also includes a special room for the owners 4 Shelties. This room contains a living area, kitchen and bath and opens into a fenced corral.

The exterior of the home is 2 x 6 wall construction, vinyl siding with contrasting color detailing, Pella windows and a 40-year roof.

This home was constructed over an 8-month time frame. This "don't rush" policy of mine, considered the "old-fashioned" way, allows for quality construction and well-built home.
