PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  A new garage/loft was added to this country residence.

On the main floor, the garage provides space for three vehicles along with a large storage area and work bench. The second floor is an open loft area with a small kitchenette and separate bathroom. Three skylights along with decorative windows flood the space with light.

The hardwood floors in the loft area are cabin grade "brown birch" in a natural finish. Ceramic flooring in the kitchenette and bathroom are "Metro fusion" urban grey Florida tiles with a "black fusion" insert. The kitchen cabinets are Merilatt solid maple in a natural finish. The countertops are plastic laminate.
