PROJECT LOCATION:  Champaign, Illinois

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  An existing 36" corner shower was replaced with a new 4' x 5' corner shower. The corner shower was finished with 12" x 12" limestone tiles and a solid glass enclosure. A 12" cantilevered granite seat completes the shower. A steam generator was installed the linen closet beside the shower.

A Grohe thermostatic shower valve controls the water temperature for the shower head, rain head and four body sprays. A new tankless water heater supplies an endless supply of hot water. Due to the amount of steam created by the shower, a remote fan was installed in the attic with two intake grills in the bathroom to remove the steam from the bathroom.

The corner tub was existing, however new limestone tile wraps around it to complete the cohesive design. New lighting was also added.

An existing vanity remains.
