PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  A new master bedroom was added to this bungalow style house along with a new wrap-around porch and pergola.

The new master bedroom was created by combining an existing bedroom along with the new addition at the front of the house.A small toilet and sink area was also included. New hardwood floors and 7 1/4" base trim were installed in keeping with the existing character of the home.

A new garden door and window were installed in the existing dining room to increase the light and ventilation and also to give easy access to the new porch.

The porch ties into the existing entrance and adds an outdoor entertainment area.
