PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  In this 1920's bungalow style home, a portion of the first floor was redesigned and an entire second floor was added.

On the first floor, two existing bedrooms were redesigned into a new dining room and stairway to the second floor. New sliding doors were added in the dining room, exiting out into the backyard A new master bedroom and full bath were added upstairs, along with a second bedroom and den. A dormer was added over the bathroom to maximize the headroom space.

New hardwood floors were added to the entire first floor, with carpet upstairs. Art glass was added in two walls of the stairwell.
