PROJECT LOCATION:  Yankee Ridge Subdivision - Urbana, Illinois

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  This project consisted of two new wing additions and the remodel of the existing house.

A new bedroom suite and library were added to the back of the home along with solid cedar decks off each addition. (Tight knot cedar decking with Sikkens finish). Exterior walls constructed of 2 x 6 studs, triple glazed Pella windows, and specialized pine trim work (treated with special process to get correct hue). Track lighting and recessed lighting were added throughout.

In the existing house, the kitchen and basement were remodeled. New windows were added and the existing sunken living room was leveled out and new hardwood floors added. New tile was added to the bedroom and bath.
