PROJECT LOCATION:  Roberts Drive - Champaign, Illinois

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  This project consisted of a new screened porch addition and remodel of the existing house.

The owner needed more "wall space" in her home so approximately 75% of the existing home was "moved out" 20 feet. A new sunroom and bedroom were created. A new roof was needed on the whole house, a leaky fireplace was rebuilt and new vinyl siding installed. The new 12' x 24' screened porch was added to the back of the home.
