PROJECT LOCATION:  Champaign, Illinois

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  A new family room was added to the rear of this existing house.

A colonnade was created between the new addition and the existing home. The new room contains a wet bar area built from custom solid hickory cabinetry with an absolute black granite countertops. Cathedral ceilings, built-in bookshelves, and a window seat complete the room. The exterior is brick, to match the existing home.

A new mantel was added to an existing fireplace.

A new covered porch area was added along with a concrete patio and landscaping.
