PROJECT LOCATION:  Holcombe Woods - Champaign County

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  This project began as a simple roof repair job, but led to a complete "tear down" and addition. The owners thought there was a small leak in the roof deck over their bedroom, however upon further inspection, the extent of the damage became known. The leaking had gone undetected for several years and caused a tremendous amount of water damage.

After a complete removal of the roof deck and gutting of the bedroom, a new office space with a butterfly roof was added to the second floor space. The bedroom and bath on the first floor were remodeled. In the new office space, custom cabinets and shelving were added, along with hardwood floors, Pella windows, and special detailing.
